• Full training provided
• Salary: £15.70 Mon-Fri days, £16.80 Nights and Weekends. (includes holiday pay accrual)
  (Holiday pay is accrued and held separately, not paid out weekly)
• Working pattern: 12 hour shifts, days and nights (likely to be 8am-8pm & 8pm-8am)

 Your Role

As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant, you’ll receive full training to support individuals who have diagnosed with:

• Acquired Brain Injury
• Spinal Cord Injuries (inc. Tracheostomy & Mechanical Ventilation)
• Degenerative Neurological Conditions

The specific clinical skills required will depend on the individual client’s needs, so flexibility and adaptability are key. You may be supporting both adults and children in different settings, including their home, school, or out in the community.

You’ll be part of a consistent care team, typically supporting one client at a time in this stable, long-term role.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months of care experience
• Experience with complex needs would be advantageous
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
• Good communication skills and IT confidence
• Car driver with access to your own vehicle
• Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
• Hold an understanding of safeguarding
• Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
