Who is eligible to join Innovate?

We welcome:

  • Care Professionals with at least 12 months’ care experience
  • Registered Nurses (adult or child) with a passion for community-based care
  • Individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Professionals with good communication and IT skills, and safeguarding awareness

Whether you are experienced in complex care or at the start of your career – we’ll provide the free training and support to set you up for success.

From advanced clinical skills to tailored specialist training, we’ll help you grow your knowledge and confidence. Our dedicated nurse-led clinical team and care coordinators are always on hand to support you, answer questions, and ensure you have what you need to succeed.

Onboarding with Innovate typically takes around 2–3 weeks, followed by your training. The exact timeline depends on a few factors, such as completing your DBS check, collecting references, and finishing required trainings. In most cases, you can expect to be ready and out working within about 4 weeks from starting your application.

Once we have determined that your CV and experience looks like it could be a good fit for a new role, the remaining application process mainly consists of two simple stages:

  • Screening call – a chance for us to get to know you, your background, and your motivations for joining Innovate.
  • Clinical interview – where we explore your skills, experience, and how you’d approach different scenarios in practice.

This process helps us make sure Innovate is the right fit for you, and that you feel confident moving forward.
