Clinical Lead
Location: Home, field and office based (London, SE1 9RA)
Salary: £42,000 to £47,000 pa
Term: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am-5.30pm
Role: Innovate Complex Care Services are looking for a clinical lead to manage the needs of our clients. Innovate Care Group are caring for individuals of all ages through their 360 degrees of life.
If you are passionate about learning new skills and having the opportunity to develop new processes on improving your patient’s outcomes, then this is the role for you!
What you will be doing:
- Managing own workload
- Maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with CQC, NMC and other professional standards
- Reporting incidents, concerns, accidents, near misses and safeguarding immediately to the office
- Keeping matrix up to date with information about our service users
- Supervising a team of nurses and healthcare assistants in your packages and delegating health tasks
- Transcribing MAR charts and ensuring these are being filled out accurately
- Supporting others within the clinical team
- Supporting with training and development for all staff
- Ensure that the packages are, safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led as per CQC standards
- Following the nursing process with our clients

Paediatric Nurse – Bank
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £33.00 per hour
Role: Regular or ad hoc days/nights

Innovate Care Group have an amazing opportunity to work with a variety of complex paediatric patients around High Wycombe area. Our clients suffer from different complex conditions and are seeking experienced paediatric nurses to support them at home within their family setting. The ideal candidates for these roles will have experience with tracheostomy care, peg feeding, oxygen therapy, cough assist, ventilator, Nj tube
For the right candidate we can provide bespoke training in line with our client’s requirements
Essential Skills and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1 year experience within a paediatric setting
- Valid NMC PIN number
- Have the ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
- Have an understanding of safeguarding
- Be able to fit into a family setting
- The ability to work independently
- Be friendly, kind and approachable
- Demonstrate commitment to providing high quality, safe effective practice
