Regional Partnership Manager 

Location: Remote working (with paid travel to the London office when required)

Salary: £40,000 to £70,000 DOE

Term: Permanent

The Person

This role is the perfect next step for someone with a wide range of experience within complex care with strong relationships with ICB’s, NHS Trust and Local Authorities, who is looking for a role which is more commercially focused.

What you will be doing:

  • To build new relationships and leverage and develop existing relationships with ICB’s, Case Management Companies, NHS Trust, Local Authorities and private funders to successfully be awarded new packages of care
  • Work closely with the MD to develop knowledge and become confident in all commercial aspects pertaining to the pricing of our services
  • To carry out or coordinate on site assessments of potential packages of care, promptly providing a report back to the business.
  • families and the wider business, logging all communications on the relevant system
  • To deliver exceptional customer service to funders and families and be a brand ambassador
  • To take a proactive approach to understanding the sector, the business and its services to allow the RPM to sell Innovate to prospective customers

Who are you:

  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to develop relationships at all levels of the business
  • Promote and maintain positive and open dialogue with colleagues, working through problems and matters in a collaborative fashion
