Innovate Care Group are demonstrating their commitment to driving quality standards in care and welcome Dr Steve Beaumont, Group Head of Quality and Clinical Governance.
Dr Steve Beaumont PhD RN has extensive experience as a nurse, working both in the private and public sector.
After completing his nurse training in the NHS, he then spent most of his career in the Princess Mary’s Royal Air Force Nursing Service, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge.
Steve himself says, “the roles that I have undertaken in the RAF and NHS have given me a wide breadth of clinical and management experience in both clinical and medical operations.”
Following retirement from the Military Service, Steve held various roles including Chief Nursing within a number of NHS Trusts as well as senior management roles in the Middle East and the private healthcare sector in the UK.
Steve leads on quality and clinical governance, ensuring that our services are of the highest quality, providing strategic and operational support, guidance and direction across the Innovate Care Group and compliant both with the CQC and other professional bodies.
