As a student still figuring out my future path, spending five days with Innovate Care Group was nothing short of eye-opening. I come from a family deeply rooted in healthcare—my mum and grandma are both nurses, and my aunt is a biomedical scientist, I wanted to understand what this industry could offer me, I was curious to see a new environment . What stood out the most to me was how deeply the people here care—not just about doing their jobs, but about truly making a difference in the lives of their clients.
