 Your Role

As a Live In Carer you will be caring for adults that have suffered from Spinal Cord Injuries. Duties will range from assisting with their daily lives with things such as attending university lectures, attending church, going out for dinner to full coverage of our clients care. You will be providing a platform from which our clients will be able to live, and improve their lives with Innovate Care Group.

Innovate Care Group are looking to build a bank of live in carers that can be relied upon to maintain the high standards of care we hold ourselves to, and that could be you!

Shift Pattern:

1 or 2 week rotating live in care patterns.

· 1 week on, 1 week off

· 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months of care experience
• Experience with complex needs would be advantageous
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
• Good communication skills and IT confidence

• Car driver with access to your own vehicle
• Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
• Hold an understanding of safeguarding
• Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
